Mikkel is one of the Founders & CEO of Zendesk (ZEN). 

I had the privilege to get to know him personally in San Francisco back in 2015.

He is a super-nice and amazingly driven person. 

And he made it!

He has built a multi-billion dollar company!

He did that with an idea that may sound boring at first (software-as-a-service customer support platform), but that became a worldwide success.

And, as always if you look carefully at such types of successes, the path to becoming a founder superstar was not easy. Dozens of well-known venture firms in the Bay Area declined an investment (and probably regret it a lot now, looking at the outcome).
